Took forever to get

"Took forever to get sent the wrong item now this backpack is out of stock and my daughter doesn't have a backpack for school so overall horrible experience horrible customer service they sent me a black backpack, clearly not the same as what I ordered and customer service was minimal and helping me return the item I had to actually pay a seven dollar shipping fee that I have to call back and get refunded once my item finally gets back to Billong and once they finally get a chance to do the return so they've tied up my money and charge me to return it and then created extra work for me"
