"As a Canadian customer, I would not recommend ordering from Billabong. The customer service in my experience was minimal, and changing a wetsuit size has been frustrating and expensive. My original order came to approximately CAD $700, including shipping and duties. To exchange it for another size, I’m expected to pay shipping and duties again. It took two weeks, three emails and ten phone calls to get a resolution, and I’m now facing a loss of approximately CAD $250 simply to correct the size. We’re returning customers who buy wetsuits from Billabong every other year, which makes this experience especially disappointing."
