"Came in too small. After years of ordering the same 34" they were too small. I sent pics of my previous purchases and Billabong tried to not to refund my purchase. Final sale, no refunds, no exchanges. Billabong did eventually offer a refund, with a $10 charge. I purchased my first pair of Billabong boardshorts in 1975 and currently own at least 5 pairs."
