Neck: Measure around the base of your neck, where a collar would sit.

Sleeve: Measure from the center back of your neck, across the shoulder, and down to the wrist with your arm slightly bent.

Great Product - Terrible Service

"Okay let's be fair here. . . the products are usually pretty dang good, and we love their hoodies. This one is soft, warm, and incredibly comfortable. Love this stuff. But this order was placed on DEC 16 (their website says 17th) with NEXT DAY air. I knew it would take a few days to process. The order arrived on DEC 30th. That's not a typo. It took 13-14 days with NEXT DAY. Amazingly bad and ruined someone's Christmas. So I called FEDEX. It was shipped FedEx Home Delivery with STANDARD TRANSIT. Not next day. The shipment info was sent to FEDEX on Dec 22, but because it was booked standard despite the NEXT DAY promotion, FEDEX didn't pick it up until the 26th. Know what you're getting. BAIT AND SWITCH shipping. Trust gone."
