"I ordered 4 items including this tank top for a FL trip and the tank top didn’t arrive! When I called, they told me there were no expedited shipping options and I can’t even get a refund until “they talk to their inventory manager to prove I didn’t get it”…. . so I reordered it and had to pay $10 for shipping while I wait to see if it arrives before my trip. Paid for it twice and still don’t have the tank top! Terrible customer service and a terrible experience all together. This is sadly my last time shopping at Billabong. End of an era!!!!"
