"I’m really disappointed with my Billabong wetsuit. After only three days of use, the seams started coming apart — totally unacceptable for a brand that claims to offer high-quality gear. What made it worse was the terrible customer service. This happened in the same month I bought it, and I still had to fight with the company just to be heard. Instead of replacing a clearly defective product, they only offered me 50% off my next order… basically asking me to pay again for their mistake. I expected way better from Billabong. Poor quality, poor support — I won’t be buying from them again."
