"Nothing wrong with the product. Customer service was a problem. I could not cancel my order within seconds after accidentally hitting the wrong button. Was told to wait for shipment and then return shipment so product was sent from California to Toronto and back to California again. So much for being environmentally conscious. It also cost me $100 in shipping that didnt need to happen as I reached out immediately."
