Due to COVID-19, please allow 3-4 weeks for your returns to be received and processed. Thank you for your patience. We are all in this together.

 

EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns.

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 45 days from date purchased.
  • We will not accept merchandise that’s missing tags, worn, altered, or washed.
  • Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.
  • Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

 

CREATE A RETURN LABEL

For all Billabong Crew members, return shipping labels are FREE.

For all other customers, return shipping labels are $5.95. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

 

Print your return shipping label from and drop your package off at any U.S. mail location.

 

*Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of receipt. You will be notified via email throughout your package journey and once your refund has been approved.

Please allow 2-4 business days for funds to appear in your account.
