What's your idea of perfect happiness? Maybe sitting by an infinity pool at sunset looking over the ocean drinking a cocktail next to my lovely wife, Taylor Swift.
Which living person do you most admire?  Slater has just won his 11th world title.  He has dominated a sport over 20 years and progressed with each year, changing his surfing with the times.  I think he is a genius as well,  pretty admirable person.

History: born and raised in the same house( virginia beach) 49th street near the beach. i m gonna be a rock star.

The 2007 Eastern Surfing Association all-star team captain, Philip Goold currently the Number Two man in the East Coast rankings. A high school senior, and five-time ESA all-star, Goold is looking to soon graduate from East Coast competition and begin a new chapter of his life on the nation junior circuit. In anticipation of this he’s been spending some of his free time Down Under training and learning under the tutelage of Aussie surf coach Martin Dunn. “We did a lot of mock heats and strategizing,” says Goold. “Plus he shows you things like where to put your hands in different places for speed out of the turn.” International workout regiment aside, on a day-to-day basis the tight-knit, devout surf community of Virginia Beach is what keeps Goold the most stoked. “The jetty crew definitely gives me a hard time,” he admits. “It’s cool though, they keep me motivated.”
