What do you consider your greatest achievement? accomplishing goals I set as a little kid
If you could, what or who would you come back as in your next life? my cat. such an easy life
What's your most treasured possession? family
If you could live anywhere, where would it be and why? where I live now. nothing better than come home to my friends and family
What is your favorite occupation? DJing the last couple years has been awesome. I've met a bunch of rad people and it's opened up the world of music to me
What do you most value in your life? family and friends of course. and my home
One of the brightest competitive stars coming out of Florida at the moment, Cody Thompson is a distinguished member of the U.S.A. surf team and has excelled both in the Eastern Surfing Association and the National Scholastic Surfing Association. A fifth-place finisher at Nationals in 2005, Thompson has since lit it up in the Billabong Surfrat Series, as well as other brand-sponsored specialty events, including a very respectable forth place at the highly competitive 2006 Fear at the Pier contest, finishing behind the likes of Eric Geiselman, Dusty Payne and Wesley Larsen. A well-rounded regular-footer, Thompson is as comfortable in the air as he is behind the curtain. With a knack for keeping it on rail, his power and strength will continue to develop as he grows. Already a top prospect, it’s not long before Thompson joins the rank and file the East Coast’s upper echelon surfers.
