Hometown: I was born in East London but I moved to Jeffreys Bay in 2009 and am living there now.

Best thing about your life as a surfer?

The lifestyle of a surfer is definitely the best you could have through a sport. It’s a very adventurous and fun lifestyle. Being in nature and in the ocean; surfing with dolphins, sunrises and sunsets and crystal blue seas. Travelling and meeting new people, having fun in the surf and being out of your comfort zone and pushing yourself. I would say surfers are a lot more relaxed and just have so much fun in nature.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Hopefully surfing professionally. It would be my 2nd year out of school and I hope to have travelled and surfed around the world, learning about the world and meeting new people. If I travel I would like to stop  at rural areas and spend time with children, play with them and try and teach them English.

What’s your superpower?

If I had one, it would be to read people’s minds when I want, but I wouldn’t want to always know what people are thinking though.

What is your guilty pleasure?

Definitely CHOCOLATE… A big weakness! Haha…
