Mirka’s first steps into surfing started at 14 when her uncle gave her her first board. At the beginning, she went surfing with her sister and one of her friends, and they often felt ashamed for not being boys…and catching more waves than some of them! Fortunately, things have changed and Mirka enjoys surfing every day, she just loves being in the water, forgetting everything else.

She finds her inspiration in sport, surf movies and travelling. She pushes her surfing with surf trips to Morocco, Canary Islands, France and Australia. She got the travel vibe very young and wishes to continue watching high level surfing, surf good waves and improve her surfing.
