The next generation of surfers is coming your way! The 6th edition of our Billabong Sylt Surf Camp in the North Sea in Germany was once again a hugh success. Due to the challenging weather conditions on Saturday the basics of surfing and the warm up had to take place inside, before the guys and girls of the Sylt Surf Club took the kids for a swim in the wild ocean. The conditions improved on Sunday and the 30 kids between 8 and 14 years of age were all chasing waves and making their first attempts to stand up on their boards. Rome wasn't build in a day or two...say those who were around at that time, but all of these kids are definetly hooked on surfing since this last weekend! We are stoked to have inaugurated 30 new members to the global surf community and want to ask you to make them feel welcome wherever you meet them. ;-) Check the video and pictures of the weekend and make sure to wtach out for the Billabong Sylt Surf Camp 2012!
