Where did you learn? It was back when I was on a 5th grade in Lembongan, out on the beach with my friends. Nobody taught us, really. But we have a community called Lembongan Surf Team, and we all just grow together there.

When did you start competing in contests? I was in the first year of junior high at the time when I started to compete outside of Lembongan.

Who’s your favorite surfer? Jordy Smith.

Where’s your favorite surf spot? Shipwreck, Lacerations.

What is the craziest thing you've ever seen? We were at one of those floating houses in the middle of the sea, with surf photographers in a photosession. Suddenly there’s this epically big wave came and swooped us. All the cameras, gone in one second. And the wave also brought all the sea snakes up to the floating house! I've never freaked out like anything in my life.

What are your hopes for the future? I hope I can graduate highschool with good grades, and I also hope to be top 5 in ISC pro junior division in 2012.
