Joining Billabong skate stars Firdaus, Pevi Permana and Usher is a quiet kid with crazy skills, Fuad.

Fuad was born in Kuala Kangsar, Malaysia – he has been skating for eleven years now and kicking serious ass in skate contests all around Asia. “I would like to say many thanks for Billabong, supporting me like this. It means a lot to me,” said the humble 23 year-old. “I’m so happy to be in the Billabong family. I am sure it’s going to help me reach my dreams."

Fuad knows exactly what he wants and he works hard to make sure he gets it. “My goal is to become a true pro skateboarder and go skating in Europe,” he said excitedly. “I am currently part timing at Billabong store in Malaysia but one day I’d like to have my own skate shop, too,” he added with a chuckle.

“I am so excited to have Fuad on the team,” said Tony Sruntul, Billabong South East Asia’s Skate Team and Events Coordinator. “He is one of those skaters who have their own recognizable style. Highly skilled, tons of guts, always improving… He’s gonna do amazing.”
