This is my first blog post for Billabong. If you'd like to get to know me a little better, have a read at my new bio page, here!
Early this month, my family and I flew to the USA after receiving an invitation for me to participate in the boys division of the Rockstar WWA Wakeboarding World Championships.
The first day of competitions was pretty rough, as the thunderstorm not only delayed the event, but also making it that much colder to ride! Thankfully, I managed to push on and came in first in the heats with a 75.00 scoring, advancing me to the next round. The weather was much better the next couple of days making the water conditions better. At the end of the competition, I managed to beat out the competition and took home gold in the Boys Division!
Feeling good about my performance during the comps, my parents decided to treat me to a visit at the Museum of Natural History in before hopping onto our 18 hour flight back to Singapore. The museum was amazing, and what I took home was a deep impression of history, creatures and science!
All right, enough of rambling…here are some pictures from my trip! ENJOY!
